Liked every detail about our good 2 nights stay here. the room was kept clean everyday and available with the water from flowing, a king size bed with water views and a great view. - the staff were excellent co-operating and really helpful.

The setting is WONDERFUL and perfect, really close to the impeccable beach of San Stephano and Four seasons so, the center and San Stifano mall. There's Holmes Burgers offering takeout not too far away from the venue. Great-sized and functional room with a 1 bed for 2 persons, has free Wi-Fi.

We were in an amazing location at a short distance from Al Safa Palace.

The Plaza Hotel in Alexandria boasts great cleanliness and offers delicious food. the stunning views from the hotel are a major highlight. the location is superb, with the waterfront right across, and convenient access to a mall and large shopping center.

Location all rooms have a good sea view renevated rooms are not badly equipped

The non renevated rooms are filthy and poor bathtub and floor of bathroom were stained carpets inside room were full of stains I would not pay even half the amount I paid for this room. I was fooled when they claimed on the net it was 4 stars. In fact, its not worth even a single star

There was no wellom drinks or any wellcom at all, It was a very bad hotel, Rooms were very poor, not cleaned , I faced a problem to get invoice from them.

Location is fantastic, view of sea and close by sea...staff is friendly and helpful...like the staircase.

Rooms need updated...big screen tv's are needed, coffee/tea maker set should be in room. Bathrobes are always pleasant to have. We had no problems with our room...our friends had problems with their room...paid same as we did, but room was smaller, noisier...just not as nice.
